Hi, I'm Tess! I'm a certified postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and the founder of Birch Postpartum Support. With over six years of experience supporting families through the postpartum period, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of parents during one of life's most transformative — and sometimes challenging — seasons.

As a mom of two girls myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming the early days of motherhood can feel, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner. That passion for real, grounded support is what drives everything I do.
