During this 1 hour home visit, we will map your postpartum plan together helping you prepare for the physical, emotional, and practical challenges that come with growing your family. Think of it as a tool to help you identify your needs and preferences, establish a support system, and set realistic expectations. It's just as, if not more important than a birth plan. Please note: for homes outside St. John's their will be an additional travel fee
