During this 1 hour home visit, we will map your postpartum plan together helping you prepare for the physical, emotional, and practical challenges that come with growing your family. Think of it as a tool to help you identify your needs and preferences, establish a support system, and set realistic expectations. It's just as, if not more important than a birth plan.

private prenatal breastfeeding course
During this 2.5 hour in home visit, we will work through More Than Milk: Prenatal Breastfeeding Education. This course is designed for expectant parents and is your essential prenatal guide to breastfeeding. Through one on one conversation and detailed course content this course will empower you, answer all your feeding questions and reduce common worries like pain and low supply.

the ultimate fourth trimester prep package
This three hour home visit is a combination of both, 'Mapping Your Postpartum Plan' & 'Private Prenatal Breastfeeding Course'. This is all things fourth trimester preparation. With an individualized approach we will uncover what is worrying you most as you prepare to bring baby home, talk through practical solutions and strategies and leave you feeling prepared.
